As your home inspector it is my duty, and my privilege, to provide you with the best service possible and to arm you with the information you need about the condition of the property. With over 15 years in construction, I have the experience and knowledge necessary to provide a detailed inspection and to distinguish between major and minor problems with the home.
I encourage you to be present after the inspection is complete. You'll be able to see the condition of the home first-hand, and I'll be able to explain any defects that I may have found during the inspection. This is also a great time to ask any questions you may have.

I received my certification from the International Association of Home Inspectors (InterNACHI), and adhere to their Standards of Practice and strict Code of Ethics. InterNACHI membership also required keeping my knowledge up-to-date with continual education classes every year.
